Horizon

HORIZON is a complex of modern A + energy class, 9 and 16 storey apartment buildings, which overlooks Vilnius skyline and is located in Viršuliškės.

A total of 152 residential apartments, from 1 to 4 rooms, area size ranging from 28 to 85 sq. m., 7 spaces for commercial use built on the first floor, car parking with 152 spaces – in two-storey underground parking. The total area of the project is 12809 sq. m.

In Phase I a 9-storey apartment building with 48 apartments, 3 commercial spaces and 75 underground parking spaces were built. The total area of 9-storey building is 5473 sq. m.

The 9-story building was built of high quality and durable prefabricated reinforced concrete constructions. Each apartment has individual recuperative ventilation system, individually managed combinated healing system – central and geothermal. Common areas in a building are equipped with cost effective LED lighting. Entrance control and video surveillance cameras in the stairwell, underground parking lot and territory is installed to ensure the safety of residents.The territory of the project is landscaped, fenced. The east side of the building has a children‘s playground and recreational area. In a two-storey undregrund parking lot despite regular parking spaces, according to modern trends, spaces for electric vehicles are provided as well.

In Phase II a 16-storey building was built, which is equipped with 104, 1-4 room, 27-81 m2 apartments, 4 administrative premises and 77 parking spaces. Phase II construction works were completed in 2020, Q4.

All residential apartments and spaces for commercial use are already sold.
