The second phase of the project, the 16-storey A-block, is under construction, with 104 apartments and 4 commercial spaces. The construction of the 16-storey building is scheduled for completion in 2020. Q4 There are 1-4 room apartments, 27-81 sq. m area planned in the 16-storey building.

The construction of the undreground parking floors now been completed and assembly of the above groud part is halfway through. Currently the ninth-floor walls and overlays are being assembled. In the lower floors windows are being installed and installation work of engineering systems are being continued.
