The first phase of the HORIZON project – 9-storey building was completed in a strategically convenient location in Viršuliškės neighborhood – Spaudos str.

Key features of 9-storey A-block:

The 9-story building was built of high quality and durable prefabricated reinforced concrete constructions. Each apartment has individual recuperative ventilation system, individually managed combinated healing system – central and geothermal. Common areas in a building are equipped with cost effective LED lighting. Entrance control and video surveillance cameras in the stairwell, underground parking lot and territory is installed to ensure the safety of residents.The territory of the project is landscaped, fenced. The east side of the building has a children‘s playground and recreational area. In a two-storey undregrund parking lot despite regular parking spaces, according to modern trends, spaces for electric vehicles are provided as well.

All the residential apartments and comercial spaces in 9-storey building have already been sold. The newcomers were attracted not only by the amenities of premium housing, but also by the strategically convenient location of the project – close to the well-developed infrastructure: schools, kindergartens, shops, sports clubs, medical and cultural institutions.

The second phase of the project, the 16-storey A-block, is under construction, with 104 apartments and 4 commercial spaces. The construction of the 16-storey building is scheduled for completion in 2020. Q4 There are 1-4 room apartments, 27-81 sq. m area planned in the 16-storey building. Phase II buyers have the added advantage of being equipped with modern underfloor heating. The construction of the undreground parking floors now been completed and assembly of the above groud part has begun. Currently the sixth-floor walls and overlays are being assembled. In the lower floors windows are being installed and installation work of engineering systems are being continued.
