The development of the settlement next to Verkiai Regional Park, Green Lakes, just 5 km to the Santariskes roundabout is being continued.

The strategically convenient location and well-developed infrastructure will make it easy and quick to reach the Moletai highway, the nearest supermarkets, schools and kindergartens.

A mixed settlement with an area of up to 4 ha is being developed in two stages:

• In stage I – 1.1 ha plot of attached houses with closed inner courtyards and parking spaces belonging to each house. The project has been prepared, the building permit has been obtained, the power networks have been installed. Preparatory works are currently underway. Construction starts in 2020, II quarter.

• In stage II – a closed settlement of 2.63 ha plot, modern apartment building with a spacious common rest areas and a body of water is planned.
